Biography

Wiley Construction Engineering and Building is a hands-on contractor based in Oceanside, California.

The company was built the old-fashioned way — one pour, one wall, and one satisfied owner at a time. Every project is run by people who have spent their careers in the field, which means the crew that bids the work is the crew that stands behind it.

Our work spans public and private construction: structural concrete and flatwork, grouted CMU and retaining walls, hillside drainage and erosion control, bridge abutments, equipment pads, and full site improvements. We hold ourselves to engineered tolerances and clean finishes, whether the job is a residential entry step or a hillside drainage system above an active treatment plant.

We serve all of Southern California, with priority scheduling in San Diego and Riverside Counties. Safety, communication, and schedule discipline are not extras — they are how we keep clients coming back.
